This week the church floors are being restored so we would like to apologise for the noise and disruption which may take place as a result of this. The stains and varnishes used are all natural plant material and so non toxic but there may be a bit of a smell!
This work is scheduled to end by saturday 28th January and will result in a lovely new floor throughout the church which has been treatedd to last for many more years
It is with much regret that we have had to stop supplying newspapers due to a problem with delivery logistics from the supplier.
We are still able to supply magazines on Wednesdays and Friday to those who have a regular order and any local newspapers can be ordered and collected on these days.
As an alternative, we have made arrangements for a company to deliver the newspapers at a cost of 30p a day , if you would like to take up this option please contact sam or jude in the shop on 01183272645 and they will give the contact details.
Sadly at the beginning of the week our fridge stopped working and so we have had to take action to replace it.
We should be fully back to normal with a stocked fridge on Monday 28th November.
In the meantime we still have a limited stock of meat, cheese and milk kept in our back up fridges, so please ask for any items you require and we will endeavour to supply them to you.
Thank you for your patience and understanding
